- The Riptide ships without washers installed in the handles. Flippers can add or remove washers to tune the feel to their preference.
- The back-frame is not included with the Riptide. Parts shown in the images are for display only.
- First-batch orders receive one pair of back-frames in a random style (blind box). While supplies last.
- Open-source 3D print files for the middle spacers, handle inserts, and back-frame will be released at this link once ready.

Q: Will Nabalis sell custom parts?
A: Due to limited materials, we won’t be selling custom parts for now. However, we provide open-source files for you to print and DIY.
Q: Can I tune the weight balance by swapping inserts, handle inlays, or back-frames in different materials?
A: Absolutely. In general, we recommend adjusting the weight by adding or removing washers. The other parts are mainly for personalization—we welcome you to unleash your creativity.
Q: Does the Riptide come with washers installed in the handles?
A: The stock Riptide does not come with washers pre-installed. The accessory pack includes 4 washers for you to use.
Q: It’s advertised that up to 8 washers can be installed, but if I only use 4, will the handles rattle?
A: Yes. If the handle slots are not filled with all 8 washers—for example, if you only install 1 or 2—there will be a clicking/rattling sound during flipping. That’s why the accessory pack includes 4 silicone rings to fill the empty space when installing washers and prevent rattling.
