Returns and Refunds:

Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. The products eligible for return must be accompanied by and meet all the following conditions:

  • New, unused condition (never flipped, adjusted, etc.)
  • Original packaging

Please kindly note that returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

 

Responsibility for Shipping Fees in Returns and Exchanges:

Returns due to product quality issues:
Upon receiving your package, please inspect the items on the same day. If you discover any quality issues caused by the product itself or during the shipping process, we will cover the return shipping fees. Please contact us at nabalisong@outlook.com and provide relevant photos or videos as proof of the product's quality issue. Once we confirm the problem, we will assist you in arranging the return and cover the return shipping fees. Upon receiving the returned items and confirming the quality issue, we will provide a refund or exchange.

Returns due to buyer's personal reasons:
If you need to return items due to personal reasons, such as purchasing the wrong item or not liking the product, the return shipping fees will be the buyer's responsibility. Please contact us at nabalisong@outlook.com and provide the tracking number for the return. Once we receive the returned items and confirm their good condition, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued within 1-3 business days after receiving the items, using the original payment method.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Non-Shipped Orders: If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, kindly contact us through the "Contact Us" page with your order number. Upon receiving your refund request, we will promptly cancel your order. The refund process will be initiated, and the funds will be credited to your original payment card within 1-3 working days. In case you haven't received the refund after 3 days, we recommend contacting your bank to inquire about the progress.

Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped and you have received the shipping update but still desire to cancel, we kindly request that you return the package upon receipt. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Once we receive the returned package and confirm its condition, we will proceed with the refund process.

 

Non-returnable Items:

Blemished collections:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like blemished collections. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Delivery failures or lost packages due to incorrect address information:
Customers are responsible for any mistakes made in entering their shipping address and we will not issue a resend or refund in such cases.

We suggest customers review and confirm their shipping address after ordering. For address changes, please contact us immediately for adjustments.

If the package has already been shipped out, we recommend contacting your local delivery company upon its arrival to redirect it to the correct address.
