Q&A
Q: Why is Awaken so expensive?
A: The blade features a mirror-polished finish that takes a very long time to complete, and the handles are made from premium TC4 titanium, which makes the entire balisong lighter.
Q: How should I clean it?
A: We include a cleaning cloth. We recommend keeping your hands dry and clean while flipping, since the polished surface easily shows smudges and fingerprints.
Q: How does it sound?
A: The rebound sound is quite good. However, due to its structure, sound is not its strongest point.
Q: The product photos don’t look as stunning as the promo video?
A: Don’t worry — it looks even better in person. Photos don’t fully capture its brilliant mirror finish.
Q: Why isn’t Awaken available for shipping to my country?
A: Awaken is currently limited and high-value. We’re first opening shipping to regions with mature logistics and the highest delivery success rates. Thank you for your understanding.
Q: Will my Awaken have a serial number? A: Unfortunately, due to the extremely limited quantity, none of the Awaken balisongs will be engraved with a serial number. However, we do offer blade engraving as a commemorative service. You can select the engraving add-on option at checkout.
