To comply with customs regulations in certain destinations and reduce the risk of customs clearance issues, some orders will be shipped in disassembled form.

Orders shipped to the following destinations will be sent in disassembled form:

  • Philippines
  • Vietnam
  • Qatar
  • Kazakhstan
  • Ukraine
  • Myanmar
  • South Africa
  • Queensland, Australia (QLD only)

Please Note: This policy applies only to the state of Queensland (QLD) within Australia. Orders shipped to all other Australian states and territories are not affected by this policy.

This list may be updated at any time based on customs regulations and shipping requirements.

What to Expect

  • Your product will arrive disassembled.
  • Self-assembly is required after delivery.
  • A step-by-step video assembly guide will be provided.
  • All products are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure that all parts and accessories are complete.

Warranty & After-Sales Policy

Because assembly is completed by the customer, orders shipped under this policy are not eligible for after-sales service or warranty claims related to assembly, installation, or damage resulting from self-assembly.

All products undergo strict quality inspection before shipment. If any component is missing due to our packing error, please contact us help@nabalis.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos/videos of the unopened package.
