1. All custom engraved products are non-refundable. Laser engraved orders require an additional 1-3 business days for processing.

a. Laser engraving text should be in English only, without special characters, emoticons, emojis, or non-English alphabets.

b. No profanity, slurs, or offensive language. Our discretion will be used in enforcing this policy.

Ensure the accuracy of your cart information. The laser engraving fee is listed as a separate item in the order.

c. Failure to meet these conditions will result in receiving a non-engraved product and a refund for the engraving charge. Non-engraved products are eligible for returns.
