Do you ship to my country?
Here is the list of countries and regions where Nabalis is currently able to ship:
North America:
United States (Except for Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific), Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica

- Taiwan, China: National ID — Recipient name must match the ID

Please note that shipping times and availability may vary depending on the destination. We strive to provide the best shipping experience possible, ensuring that your orders are delivered safely and efficiently.
Are there any customs duties?
Most countries do not require payment of customs duties, EXCEPT Brazil and Turkey. The precise amount of customs duties applicable to your situation will be determined in accordance with the local laws of your country. If you have any questions, please contact us for further assistance.
What is the estimated delivery time to my country?
Please check the Shipment Page for the ETAs.
What if the package shows delivered, but I haven't received it?
First, check with family, friends, roommates, or neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf. Then, contact the local shipping company to verify delivery to the correct address. If the package is still missing, please us "contact us" for any assistance.
I've been charged but haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
When a transaction fails, the card is temporarily marked as "pending". This is not an uncommon occurrence in online transactions. However, please note that no charges will be made to your bank account during this process. Typically, the pending charge should disappear or be resolved quickly. If the charge persists for more than a week, we recommend contacting your bank for further assistance.
Why has my order not been shipped yet? (For Korea / Brazil / Saudi Arabia / Peru / Chile)
If your order has not been shipped for a long time, it is very likely due to missing or incorrect tax/customs information. Please check the requirements for your country below:
- South Korea:
A PCC (Personal Clearance Code) is required for all shipments to South Korea. The PCC must match the recipient’s name and phone number.
- Brazil:
Orders shipped to Brazil must include the recipient’s full name, which must match the CPF or CNPJ provided.
- Saudi Arabia:
Due to new regulations, all shipments to Saudi Arabia now require a"National Address".
Saudi customers should provide their National Address in the “Order Note” when placing an order, or send it separately via email.
- Peru / Chile:
Shipments to Peru and Chile require the recipient’s RUC (Peru) / RUT (Chile) tax number for customs clearance. To avoid delays, please include your RUC/RUT in the “Order Note” when placing your order, or send it to us via email after placing the order.
If we find that the provided tax information is missing or incorrect at the time of shipment, we will contact you via email. However, this may inevitably delay shipping. To prevent delays, please make sure to provide accurate and complete customs information when placing your order.

Logistics Showing Return to Sender?
This can be divided into two cases:
- If the package is showing return to sender within your country, check the logistics information. If the package failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided, we will not reship or refund. See the Return Policy for more info.
- If the package is showing return to sender in the shipping origin country, check your email for any logistics update emails about the package.
Typically, if a package is returned by the logistics provider due to prohibited items, we will reship the same day we receive the return notice and update the tracking info. So please check your email if you see a return, and contact us at nabalisong@outlook.com if you don't see an update.
I would like to cancel my order.
If you need to cancel an order for personal reasons, please contact us within 12-24 hours of placing the order and provide your order number.
If you don't provide the order number, and we are unable to locate your order through your email address, resulting in your order being shipped, you will be responsible for any fees associated with canceling the order.
If you contact us to cancel after the order has shipped, you'll need to wait for the package to arrive and then return it to our specified address, and you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Do I Need to Pay Customs Duties?
Based on customer feedback so far, only Brazil and Turkey require customs duties. Except for Turkey and Brazil, there are no duties fees for other countries.
(Turkey has a low chance of needing duties, Brazil has around a 70% chance.)
How do I change my address?
Please send us your order number and the correct address before we ship your order.If you don’t provide your order number, we may not be able to locate your order using just your email, which could lead to your package being shipped to the wrong address. You would then be responsible for any costs associated with providing an incorrect address.
What should I do if my package is held by customs?
Rest assured, we take responsibility for orders held by customs. So far, all packages that have been detained have been successfully reshipped to our customers. You can also choose to receive a refund if you prefer.
I want to buy a false blade version of a balisong, but I live in Canada. What are the chances of it being held by customs, and how much tax will I need to pay?
We can send both trainer and false blade versions to Canada. Out of all the orders shipped to Canada, only four have been held by customs, and we have successfully reshipped those packages. If you don’t want a reshipment for a package held for inspection, we can offer a refund. As for taxes, we haven’t received any feedback from customers or carriers indicating that any additional fees are required. Generally, if taxes need to be paid, the carrier will calculate them based on the product's value and include them in the shipping cost. Since we offer free shipping, you won’t pay any extra. If your package is still in transit and you receive messages about needing to pay extra fees, do not click on unfamiliar links or send money to strangers. Stay vigilant against scams!
